MESSAGE FROM THE
PRESIDENT
The year 2005 will forever be
remembered as the year tragedy befell so many of our countrymen,
a year that saw mother natures fury and a year that saw many
acts of heroism.
Out of all this turmoil I realized we have within us the ability
to make a difference, to help those we have never met and may
never meet, to gather resources we take for granted and
transport them to those who have nothing.
As individuals we can achieve much but as a community we can
achieve greatness.
And finally in the words of Sir Winston Churchill
"We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we
give".
On behalf of myself and the entire Executive Board Welcome to the
Spirit of Calabasas Foundation.
Red Godfrey
